Seated Glute Series

Sculpt and strengthen your glutes with this seated series. I love working my glutes from the floor, just because you are on the mat doesn't mean it isn't hard work. Work your glutes to the max with your ankle weights. However if at any point you start to feel uncomfortable in your lower back, please take off your weights. Ankle weights are great, but this workout can also be done without equipment for a slightly less intense workout.
